We have basic and specialized care services in our residence or at home. We are located in Costa Rica, a country know for our peaceful traditions, a country without army for over 72 years. A country with one of the best health indicators in Latin America, and a place known for our many national parks and protected lands, about 13.000 square km. our of our total 50.000 square km. We are a great option for those individuals, who want to live in a nice environment, surrounded by nature and taken care of by a team of professionals, for a fraction of the cost of what you would pay in the US or other countries.

Located in La Garita de Alajuela, just minutes from Route 27 and the city of Alajuela and surroundings. Just minutes away from the Juan Santamaria International Airport. (SJO)

About us

Oure history

Bonaire Home and Care SRL, was born as a concern when seeing the great need for places of care for the elderly. In a search for homes, you will always find extremely expensive private places or other more comfortable, but large in size, the typical “nursing home” in which there is not necessarily better quality and personalized attention for the residents.
A medical doctor, and US Navy veteran who lived and worked for over 35 yrs in the United States, moved back to Costa Rica and along with a person with great experience in the area of geriatric care, it was decided to integrate a group of related professionals interested in establishing a Home and Day Care Center for the elderly, where compassion, love and the attachment to the values are the most important. A small home where residents feel the true warmth of home, for a fair price.
